Trouble logging in

If you are having trouble logging in with your Username and Password please remember the Username and Password are 'Case Sensitive'. You must enter the Username and password exactly as they appear in your Confirmation email. For example, the password "Bigbird99" must not be entered as "bigbird99".

Forgot your Username or Password

To have your Username and a NEW PASSWORD re-sent to you please click here Forgot Password/Login and enter the email you used to register with. You can change the new password when you log in for security purposes.

Resend the 'Complete your Registration' email

To have the 'Complete your Registration' email re-sent to you with a NEW PASSWORD please click here Complete your Registration. You can change the Password when you log in.

Did not receive the 'Complete your Registration' email ?

Please check your Spam/Junk Folder.

How do I hide my Profile

In the Edit Profile link, where it says Other members can see when I'm online select No and click Save.

How long are my messages kept before deletion

Your messages are kept in your Inbox for 30 days before being deleted.

Cancel my Account

To cancel your Account either Log In and click the Cancel Membership link, or alternatively send us an email requesting to Cancel your account using the email address you used to register with.

My Matches

My Matches is a simple search based on the search preferences you entered when you signed up. You can edit these preferences in "Edit Search Preferences".

How do I Edit my Extended Profile

Click Edit Extended Profile in panel menu and then click to Save your changes.

My Profile has been deleted?

Possible reasons:
1. You cancelled your account.
2. You violated our Terms & Conditions, for example: Sending the same message many times, posting URLs in your profile. For a full list please see here Terms & Conditions
3. We can not communicate with you via your registered email address and messages are bouncing.

How do I Edit my Profile

Click Edit Profile to edit your 'Basic Profile' and then click Save to save your changes.

Click Edit Extended Profile to make your changes, edit and then click Save to save your changes.

How do I Send a Hi

1. Search to find a member first by either clicking on "My Matches" or the "Advanced" search.
2. Click on their Profile to open.
3. Click the Send a Hi link at the top of their profile page.

How to Send a Message

1. Search to find a Member first by clicking on "My Matches" or the "Advanced Search" link.
2. Click on the user Profile to open.
3. Click Send a Message at the top of their profile page.

How do I Open/Read/Reply to Messages

Log in and click on your Inbox
Click on the Orange Envelope OR the Message Title (under the Subject column).
Click Reply
Type your message
Click Send

How to add members to your Favourites

Search to find the member first
Click their View Profile link to open their profile page.
Then click the Add to Favourites link at the top of the page.

How do I Block a Member

To block a Member from sending you messages:
Click on their View Profile and then click Block at the top of their Profile...You can view and edit members you have blocked in your 'Blocked' List.

Messages missing from your Inbox

If you receive an email to say you have New Mail but the message is missing from your Inbox, then this means:

1. The member is no longer registered on the site and their messages have been deleted.
2. Messages sent with duplicate content are deleted.
3. Messages over 30 days old will be deleted.

When someone sends me a message where does it go

When a member sends you a message, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address (the email you used to register with) to let you know that you have mail. All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information.

My Matches

My Matches is a search based on the Search Preferences that you Save at Sign Up, including Gender, Age and the Country you are looking for. You can edit your Search Preferences by clicking the Edit Profile link in the Panel Menu.

Username Search

You can search by Username by clicking "Advanced Search". Type the Username in the space provided and click "Search".

Advanced Search

In the Advanced Search select your Basic Search criteria on the first page and then either, click Search Now or Expand Search to add more criteria, and then click Search Now for results.

How do I enter different chat rooms

Click on the Chat Rooms link in your member panel, then in the chat room window, click on the 'drop down menu' to select a Chat Room (under the Welcome message, top left).

Uploading Photos

To Upload Photos:
Log in first and click Upload Photos
Click Browse to find your photo on your computer.
Click Upload...you are done!

Please note
-Only jpg or .gif , .bmp or .png image files can be uploaded. The maximum allowed photo file size is: 400 KB
-All pictures uploaded MUST contain a clear picture of YOU. We will not approve pictures containing nudity, cartoons, copyrighted images, pictures including private details or URL's.
-We approve photos as soon as we can, usually within 12-24 hours.
-You can make ONE photo your DEFAULT PROFILE Photo. To do this: Click Upload Photos you will see Use this as default profile picture above each uploaded photo. Select one photo only and click Submit to save this picture as your Main Profile picture.
-Until your photo is approved it will NOT be visible, the system will display the "default / blank" profile picture to other members.
-Once approved All pictures are Public and viewable by all other members, visitors to the site, search engines and web directories.

Are Photos approved first

Yes, we review ALL Photos before we accept them to the site to ensure that they are appropriate. Uploading nudity or offensive material will get your account being deleted, this is a family friendly site. The first photo you upload must be a clear, head and shoulders photo of YOU, not someone else. We will not approve Cartoons, Copyrighted images, URLs or private details, nudity or offensive photos or anything we deem not appropriate for the site. Please allow up to 12-48 hours for your pictures to be approved and appear on the site.

Your Safety

1. Choose a secure password with numbers and digits.
2. Keep all communications "onsite" until you get to know people first.
3. Never open links in email messages, they could lead to a virus being transmitted to your computer.
4. Do not send any money, documents, credit card or bank details to people who ask for it.
5. Do not give out any personal or private information to people who ask for it.

Offline
6. If meeting up, always meet in a crowded public place.
7. Tell someone you know where you are.
8. Keep alcohol to a minimum to keep your senses alert.
9. Keep your mobile phone switched on.

What are Scam Messages?

Scam messages are sent by users who register on websites with the intention of befriending other users and trying to obtain money or private details from other members by deception or whatever means possible and then disappearing with the money. Please do not fall prey to these "Scammers" by sending them any money or private information. We take scamming very seriously and delete members immediately from the site if found to be trying to obtain money. To help us do that please Report to us any suspected scam messages with the Username of the sender so that we can investigate further. You can also do this by clicking the "Users Profile" and clicking the "Report User" link.

What are Spam Messages?

Spam messages are the same message sent to many other members usually containing advertising, URLs and links to external websites. To help us stop users spamming our site please Report to us any suspected spam messages with the Username of the sender so that we can investigate further. You can also do this by clicking the "Users Profile" and clicking the "Report User" link.

Are members screened in any way

Apart from confirming members email accounts, we do NOT conduct any other background checks or screen members in any way before they register on this website. Please be very careful what information you give out to people on the interent. You use this site at your own risk. We can not be held responsible for any outcomes of you using this site.

Is this site monitored

We may (but are under no obligation to do so) monitor the public areas of this website including Member profiles to ensure that the Terms and Conditions are being adhered to. We welcome Members to report to us any content that is offensive, objectionable or that does not adhere to the Terms & Conditions.

There are 2 Report User buttons. One at the bottom of User Profiles, and another, at the bottom of the Opened Message sent by the user you want to report.
